Offering Employee, Individual & Group Meditation & Yoga Training
360 MedSpas is now offering an onsite stress management meditation program for individuals, groups and businesses wanting to improve the health and wellness of employees. We will work with you to structure a customized program to meet your wellness objectives and budget. The following are our services that are offered:
- One-Hour Learn to Meditate Class
For those with no time to de-stress, but who need it most. This one-hour introductory course explains the basics of how meditation works. Participants are taught and practice three meditation techniques during the class. Every participant will leave the class with the ability to reduce their stress levels using meditation. They will also take home a Beginner’s Meditation Book to help them use the skills learned on a regular basis.
- Stress Management through Meditation – Several Weeks Program
This program is taught in several customized one-hour sessions. The first session begins with the basics of meditation – what it is, how it works, how it can benefit each person, and ways to integrate it into daily life. Participants will also receive a Beginner’s Meditation Book. Throughout the several week course, participants are taught and practice several powerful meditation techniques. All of the techniques are hands-on and experiential, and participants are encouraged to discuss their experiences throughout the program. By the end of the course, the participants will have learned a wide range of major meditation techniques, and be able to implement these stress reducing practices in their daily work and life.
- Ongoing Meditation Sessions
One-hour monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly meditation sessions are offered to provide ongoing instruction to participants of previous meditation programs. These sessions help motivate your employees to maintain and use the meditation skills they have learned. Ongoing meditation classes also provide a forum for your employees to relax and de-stress on a regular basis in the work environment.
- Customized Services
We will work with you to develop an employee meditation program designed to meet your company’s specific needs. We are also available to conduct half-day and full-day sessions at corporate retreats, training/incentive seminars, and industry conferences.
- Meeting/Convention Services
Conduct half-day, full-day and breakout session “Learn to Meditate” seminars at your convention or meeting site. Participants will learn meditation techniques that they can use during breaks for instant relief in the midst of a hectic meeting/convention schedule or back at work or home.
* Yoga simple techniques could also be implemented or added to the Meditation Training to help the body de-stress, do a simple body-scan, and learn basic stretching or relaxing poses that could be done at work.
